Community Resources

Community Resources
We understand that everyone needs access to resources, so we have compiled a comprehensive list to address the most prevalent needs.

Clear Creek Health Assistance Team (CCHAT)

The CCHAT program, part of Clear Creek EMS, aims to support vulnerable groups in Clear Creek County. These vulnerable populations are community members who heavily rely on emergency services for their medical and basic needs and face increased risks of exploitation, victimization, and involvement with the criminal justice system. They often have unaddressed needs that lead to interactions with emergency services. Vulnerable groups include individuals in a mental or behavioral health crisis (including substance use), at-risk youths and adults (such as those with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities), elderly individuals, and people experiencing homelessness.

Clear Creek Advocates

Clear Creek Advocates is a non-profit organization committed to assisting victims of crime and personal tragedy. They offer extensive services to facilitate healing and recovery, along with community education on victimization and crime prevention throughout Clear Creek County.
